Question by Louise: what are the warning signs for diabetes?
ive had excessive thirst, ive been peeing alot like once every hour, ive had dry skin that that keeps coming back, ive got extreme tiredness. i was just wandering what all the warning signs for diabetes are in women, im 16 btw. and also if you think i should get checked as my granny had diabetes.

You are very likely to have diabetes. It is easy to get checked – you just have to wee on a test strip.
See a doctor. quick.
The longer you leave it, the more disastrous the side effects you may get, which can be avoided if you get the right treatment quickly

You most likely do. I had those same signs, plus some chest pain from the acidosis, so i went to the er, spent 4 days in the icu, and found out i had type 1 diabetes. I would definitely go have it checked out before it gets too bad.
You have described several of the common symptoms. It would be best to see your doctor for a blood test to be sure one way or the other. If you are Diabetic, the longer you let it go, the more damage that can be taking place on your organs. The sooner you get treatment, the sooner you can get it under control and keep it under control. An in control Diabetic is often healthier that their friends and family.
