DIABETES CONTROL
————————–
WHAT IS DIABETES? WHY DO WE NEED TO SLASH DOWN OUR SUGAR INTAKE?
Studies have indicated the different possible associations between
processed sugar consumption and has revealed the health hazard of
consuming to much processed sugars. Diabetes is not a simple disease
that can be treated immediately. Insulin is a natural body substance
produce by the pancreas (a part of digestive organ) that is responsible
in converting our sugar intake to smaller particle so that it can be
absorb by the body to become the source of heat and energy for
performing every days tasks. Insulin is a substance that is necessary
to breakdown our sugar intake into small particle to be able to
maximize by our body to produce fuel and energy for our day to day
activities. Usually, diabetes is due to hereditary and environmental
causes resulting abnormally that leads to high blood sugar levels.
TYPES OF DIABETES
Type 2 diabetes is characterized differently and is usually due to
insulin resistance or reduced insulin sensitivity, combined with
relatively reduced insulin secretion which in some cases becomes
unconditional. Some people may even lose a foot or a leg due to nerve
damage that diabetes can cause. However, severe type 2 diabetes
long-term complications can result in kidney failure, vascular disease,
vision damage, loss of sensation or and heart failure. Type 1 diabetes
is characterized by loss of the insulin-producing cells in the pancreas
leading to insulin deficiency. Type-1 diabetes, also known as juvenile
diabetes since its affect majority of the diabetic children.
DIABETES TREATMENT
Treatment for diabetes varies based on a number of factors, including
weight, age and any complications that the patient is experiencing.
Common and simple diabetes control procedures will really help to
manage and treat this medical condition. Get at least 30 to 60 minutes
of physical activity on most days of the week.
ALTERNATIVE DIABETES CURES THROUGH THE HERBAL WAY
Since bitter melons are considered to have twice the potassium compared
to bananas at the same time increase the amount of beta cells, these
melons may help the pancreas to produce insulin. When you are dealing
with diabetes, costly medications are involved. Insulin helps our body
cells to absorbs sugar and eliminate them in our bloodstream.
Carbohydrates can be found in foods like pasta, rice, cereals, bread
and potatoes. Once we encounter difficulty in absorbing sugar, diseases
like diabetes may be at hand. Insulin maintenance and other medication
may only indicate huge medical expenses. Diabetes Mellitus is a disease
wherein our pancreas has few or no production of insulin at all.
